Tanner Bergsma is a Canadian author, social entrepreneur activist, and visionary leader who is committed to driving impactful initiatives and fostering meaningful progress in society. Tanner transforms personal challenges, such as homelessness and PTSD, into a powerful advocacy for housing solutions, human rights, and community support. Tanner, as a visionary leader, formulates programs and initiatives that empower individuals, foster inclusivity, and tackle systemic barriers head-on. Tanner exemplifies resilience and determination, inspiring others through the cultivation of hope, the provision of practical resources, and a relentless commitment to building stronger, more supportive communities.

Motivated by the organization’s vision and mission, she is dedicated to supporting both PCH and the invaluable individuals we serve.
